The Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office is on the hunt for a man accused of trying to sexually assault a jogger on the Joe Rodota Trail. A woman told police a man approached her from behind as she jogged west of Santa Rosa on Friday night. The man reportedly groped the woman, forced her to the ground and spoke about sexually assaulting her. The woman fought the man off. He then ran away down the trail, toward Sebastopol.
