Governor Newsom Appoints New Judge for Napa County Court

Governor Gavin Newsom has appointed a new Napa County Superior Court Judge along with 14 other judges. Robert Stamps has been appointed to serve in Napa County Superior Court, where he has been a commissioner since 2021. Stamps previously served as court counsel at the same court from 2014 to 2021. Seven other appointed judges will take the bench in local superior courts, including Contra Costa, Marin, San Francisco, San Joaquin, San Mateo and Santa Clara County.
