A homeless Petaluma man has been arrested for indecent exposure. On Sunday morning, several locals walking on Hopper Street south of Caulfield Lane reported seeing a man masturbating in view of the public. Police responded and found 29-year-old Seth King, who was making the disturbance. King was arrested for indecent exposure. Based upon King’s recent behavior, a bail enhancement was sought and granted.
