Steven Allen (Petaluma Police)
A missing Petaluma man has been found alive and well in Ukiah. Last Monday, 67-year-old Steven Allen was reported as a missing person from a skilled nursing facility in Petaluma. As law enforcement investigated, it was believed Allen had left the facility voluntarily and was possibly attempting to return to Ukiah. Last Thursday, Allen was spotted on surveillance footage entering a business in Ukiah. Then this past Saturday, Ukiah Police located Allen and determined him to be in good health and not in need of assistance.
