Two men are facing charges on suspicion of shooting at each other during an alleged road rage incident in Downtown Santa Rosa. Police now confirm both drivers were arrested after Wednesday’s incident. Investigators say both men, who were carrying concealed guns, started arguing, possibly about one of the men blocking road access. One driver then fired three times while the other returned fire once. One of the drivers pulled over once he saw police cars. The other driver was arrested after leading police on a chase. Neither man was injured.
