A man has been arrested after recording a woman jogging in Petaluma and then trying to evade police. On the evening of April 10th, police received reports of a man in a black pickup truck following a woman who was jogging along 4th and D streets. When police located the truck, the driver, Jarrod Allen McQueen, didn’t yield but sped away going over 75 miles-per-hour in a residential neighborhood. Police stopped the chase due to the danger but located the truck a short time later and pulled McQueen over and arrested him. They found out he was following the woman and recording her while jogging. He was arrested for reckless driving, evading a police officer with wanton disregard for safety, and driving under the influence of alcohol.
