Several law enforcement agencies are participating in National Prescription Drug Take Back Day this Saturday. It’s a free event for communities nationwide to properly dispose of old and unneeded medications safely and anonymously. Several departments in Sonoma County are taking part including Santa Rosa Police, Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety, Cotati Police, Windsor Police, and Cloverdale Police. All of those departments will be taking back prescription drugs between 10 AM and 2 PM this Saturday at their respective headquarters except for Cotati which will be at the Ray Miller Community Center.
