A motorcyclist is dead after a solo crash near a rural road on the border of Sonoma and Marin Counties. The 53-year-old man from Citrus Heights did on Saturday afternoon, after veering off Tomales Petaluma Road, then hitting a fence and a utility pole. The impact caused the man to fall off the motorcycle. It’s not clear what caused him to lose control.
