Postponed work designed to reduce flooding and traffic delays on SR-37 will begin Friday after it was rescheduled last week. CalTrans said its Solano Pavement Repair Project is rescheduled to start the weekend of April 19th between Sears Point south of Sonoma, and Mare Island in Vallejo. Work will continue on the weekends of April 26th, May 3rd and May 10th. Crews will shutdown one section of westbound 37 between 9 p.m. and 4 a.m. and eastbound until 5 a.m. from Friday nights to Monday mornings. Westbound closures are between 29 in Vallejo to 121 in Sonoma this weekend and next weekend. Eastbound closures are slated for the weekends of May 3rd and 10th.
