An American Canyon High School teacher accused of sexually abusing a 15-year-old student will be fired. At a town hall meeting on Wednesday, the Napa Valley Unified School District announced that 41-year-old physical education teacher Brad Rowell will be terminated. District officials are also asking the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing to revoke his teaching credentials. Rowell, who was also a track-and-field coach at the school, was initially arrested on April 9th. He is facing 21 felony charges, all of which he pleaded not guilty to on Monday.
