A motorist in Penngrove has died after a suffering a medical emergency. Yesterday afternoon, authorities found the vehicle in a ditch on Grove Street and Old Adobe Road. A tow truck operator removed the car within a few hours. The nature of the medical emergency wasn’t specified and the driver’s name hasn’t been released.
