A medical emergency is believed to be responsible for a SUV crashing into an occupied building in Rohnert Park. Around 3:40 PM Wednesday, emergency personnel responded to the scene at 50 Professional Center Drive. They saw that a Gold GMC Yukon had crashed into the building and that the driver was still in the vehicle. The building was occupied at the time of the incident and one employee of the business was injured. The employee was transported to Memorial Hospital by ambulance to receive medical treatment for non-life threatening injuries. The driver, a 34-year-old woman from Rohnert Park, was also transported to Memorial Hospital by ambulance having suffered what is believed to be a medical emergency which caused the crash.
