The Santa Rosa City Council is listing three top legislative priorities for 2019. At last night’s special session, city leaders named increasing housing, reducing homelessness and maintaining a balanced budget as their main goals. Other topics include a plan to draft a travel and training policy for council members. Meanwhile, the city’s current reserves is just under five-million dollars, far less than called for under city policy.
