Since the Water park at Spring Lake opened in May, many lake goers have been wanting a concession stand to return to the lake. Sonoma county regional parks heard the call and have contracted a company from Walnut Creek called Sycamore Concessions Incorporated to run the eatery a the lake. The new walk up will be called the Otter Cafe. Meda Freeman of the county regional parks says the cafe should be open before summer ends. The sample menu that was submitted to regional parks includes Beverages, Salads, snacks, Sandwiches, and Burgers.
